Description
Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, temporary position estimated to last 2 months +/-. Solid MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills, along with a professional presentation and strict confidentiality are needed to be successful in this role. Position will entail:
Calendar and Schedule Management;
Review the ED’s calendar daily and confirm appointments.
Schedule meetings, ensuring no conflicts and allowing adequate preparation time.
Provide meeting reminders, pre-reads, and agendas in advance.
Reschedule or adjust appointments as necessary and inform relevant parties.
Communication Management;
Draft and proofread correspondence on behalf of the ED.
Respond to Board questions and requests and communicate updates via email to board.
Ensure timely responses to internal and external communications.
Maintain contact lists of key stakeholders.
Meeting Preparation and Follow-ups;
Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and action items for meetings.
Attend meetings when necessary and take notes.
Follow up on action items and ensure completion by designated deadlines.
Other tasks as needed/assigned.
$18 - $22/hr., DOE.

Two employment references; Mature work ethic; Comparable experience; HS Diploma or equivalent
