Part-time, permanent position! Monday through Thursday, 8 - 3, Friday, 8 - 1. Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. This position serves as a back-up for the main Receptionist in providing exceptional customer service while answering phones, transferring calls and greeting guests. Other duties include assisting in administrative duties in other departments as needed.
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Maintain Client files in a confidential and secure manner.
Continue knowledge of payroll software system and changes in wage and tax laws.
Assist with administrative tasks as required to support office operations.
Requirements
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Detail oriented, well organized; high degree of accuracy
Working knowledge of MS Office
Experience working at a front desk or in a similar role
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
Ability to work beyond regular work hours when needed
Reliable/dependable
Provide two employment references
Mature work ethic
Comparable experience
High School diploma or equivalent
